Brew days at Ted's are becoming one of my favourite traditions, promising company, food, and beer.

If nothing else, it's an opportunity to watch Ted work.

I didn't get too many photos, but Ted wanted to get a picture of his homemade PID controller.

The bread in the first image was made from spent grain from a previous brew day, but unfortunately the beer we brewed today involved grains and their husks, which became an inseparable mess. No bread this time.
